Saratoga Sweat is a boutique fitness studio dedicated to helping people build strength, improve their well-being, and feel their best through hot yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates. Our goal was to create content that reflected the studio's welcoming community while showcasing the energy, movement, and transformation that members experience with every class.

Through engaging Reels, class highlights, instructor features, and community-focused content, we captured the authentic Saratoga Sweat experience both on and off the mat.
